Over six years across corporate ESG and the nonprofit sector — in Hong Kong, Vancouver, and beyond — I've learned that the most durable sustainability work happens when strategy and genuine conviction are aligned. I've helped asset owners integrate ESG into investment decisions, guided manufacturers through decarbonisation planning, and trained communities on climate action.

The thread connecting all of it: systems change requires people who are clear on their own values first. That's part of why I'm a 500-hour certified yoga teacher. Yogic philosophy — discipline, long-term thinking, non-attachment to outcome — turns out to be good preparation for ESG work. Both ask you to hold complexity without flinching, and to keep showing up even when progress is slow.

Manufacturer Climate Action Program Manager

Sept 2024 — Present

Cascale — Managing a program with 70 apparel & footwear manufacturers on GHG reduction targets, climate risk assessments, and decarbonisation planning. Delivering bilingual (English & Mandarin) technical training and driving digital transformation across program workflows.

Sustainability Consultant

Jan 2021 — Aug 2022

AIA Group Limited — Led ESG integration in the Group Investment function at APAC's largest life insurer. Led the first UNPRI report submission for a major Asian asset owner, managed C-suite ESG working groups, built an MSCI ESG Manager dashboard, and authored TCFD, CDP, and annual ESG reports.

Animals in Science Policy Institute — Delivered social impact programming during COVID-19, designed an online marketing strategy that recruited 400+ students, and coordinated 20+ volunteers for community outreach.
